Controls room rate and availability in PMS & OTA in order to maximize occupancy and revenue. Achieves budgeted goals; understands and applies the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield. Forecasts revenue streams & Centralized response and create sale for HMG .
Develops policies and procedures pertaining to the revenue management of reservations function.
Manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in taking, recording, and canceling reservations. Non-guaranteed reservation to be registered with pencil in Reservation Register. Remaining all with Pen. Ensure all reservations to be recorded in PMS.
Reviews contracts detailing room allotments for conventions from sales
representatives and feeds information into terminal.
Corresponds with groups and travel agents if applicable to answer special requests for rooms and rates.
Verifies that daily guest’s arrivals and individual guest folios are accurate.
Response all reservation requests & queries within 48 hours. Send reminder email to all non guaranteed reservations with specification of time limit of 30 days.
Analyzes performance reports and daily statistics. Implements performance driven strategies to accomplish team goals.
Takes responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
Participates in scheduled trainings and departments programs provided by the Company to improve self and departmental standards.
Responding all query, complaint, inquiry of Banquet, restaurant,hotel, F&B, Takeaway.
