Job Description

To Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor the operations at the retail outlets into premises. To engage with the retailers and ensure that the standard practices and process are implemented across assigned units To understand and implement the technology for order management and work closely with our management to ensure optimization of resources To handle all operational responsibilities including financial performance, team management and logistics management Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and implementation of our standard practices Analyze and send across all data requirements to management.
A large part of the retail operations manager’s job is to control costs. You must be able to forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for assigned location within hotel premise. This requires doing a periodic inventory analysis for each store and using that analysis coupled with sales figures to determine
the optimal stock levels. This analysis is used to determine how much of each product or brand should be ordered for each store (Ahmedabad Trunk & Retail Shop), when it should be delivered and encourages ordering protocols to optimize store stock to build sales figures without overstocking. Cost management is another large part of a retail operations manager’s role. Candidate must constantly review store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss. This continual analysis helps to determine whether or not the store is meeting its goals. From this point the operations manager can also develop a plan to suggest to management how each location could change in order to maximize profits and reduce loss at the store level.

 Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets into the premise to ensure they meet set

 Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance
 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
 Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner
 Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clientele
 Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals
 Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations
 Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance
 Develop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail stores
 Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.

Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail sites
 Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues
 Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store.

Required Skills

Degree, MBA-Marketing or equivalent.

Experience Required Has effectively managed Sore Team Members for 5+ years. Previous experience in similar Job role.
