ECOM Sales & Marketing Executive

The ECOM. Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and driving the
retail website. To provide on-going guidance and support with the strategic development and
best practices in managing the company website relationship.

 Develop and Maintain the ONLINE Business of the company.
 Plan and act to generate maximum lead.
 Upgrade and Increase Online Presence.
 Online Marketing Strategy – Website, SEO, SMM, Amazon, Shoppy, Local Online
Marketing Agencies.
 Participation in Trade/Marketing Fair.
 Conversion through follow-up. Increase connectivity
 Online communication and PR with Travel Agents, Bookers, OTA Agencies.

 Increase ONLINE Business for all Verticals – (Rooms, F&B, Retail, Rejuvenate,
 Increase ONLINE Business using Google PPC, SEO, SMM, Website.
 Online Marketing of all outlets through OTA, TA, Amazon, Shoppy, Zepo, Zomato,
Swiggy, Uber eats, etc. with complete analysis, diagnosis, cure, and arrangement.
 Maintain an updated database. Maintain all online presence and reviews.
 Promote with Online Travel Agencies /Corporate Travel Agents
 Coordinate with the design Team to making Campaign & promotion
 Personalization Marketing -eg. Email marketing, Package Promotion
 Create and maintain monthly/yearly Retail activity calendars and execute
 Host weekly calls with each retail to confirm new product Launch Worksheet
details and site updates and sample shipments.
 Make a new promotional campaign. Set budget & Monitor campaigns.
 Handle complete Loyalty program

Required Skills:

E Com Marketing Skill with an understanding of online promotion and marketing strategies
as well as social media marketing and knowledge of Back end operation for a seamless end to end experience for the customer.


A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Required:

Proven working experience as an E-Com Executive – at least 3 to 5 years’ experience.
