The ECOM. Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and driving the
retail website. To provide on-going guidance and support with the strategic development and
best practices in managing the company website relationship.
Develop and Maintain the ONLINE Business of the company.
Plan and act to generate maximum lead.
Upgrade and Increase Online Presence.
Online Marketing Strategy – Website, SEO, SMM, Amazon, Shoppy, Local Online
Participation in Trade/Marketing Fair.
Conversion through follow-up. Increase connectivity
Online communication and PR with Travel Agents, Bookers, OTA Agencies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase ONLINE Business for all Verticals – (Rooms, F&B, Retail, Rejuvenate,
Increase ONLINE Business using Google PPC, SEO, SMM, Website.
Online Marketing of all outlets through OTA, TA, Amazon, Shoppy, Zepo, Zomato,
Swiggy, Uber eats, etc. with complete analysis, diagnosis, cure, and arrangement.
Maintain an updated database. Maintain all online presence and reviews.
Promote with Online Travel Agencies /Corporate Travel Agents
Coordinate with the design Team to making Campaign & promotion
Personalization Marketing -eg. Email marketing, Package Promotion
Create and maintain monthly/yearly Retail activity calendars and execute
Host weekly calls with each retail to confirm new product Launch Worksheet
details and site updates and sample shipments.
Make a new promotional campaign. Set budget & Monitor campaigns.
Handle complete Loyalty program
E Com Marketing Skill with an understanding of online promotion and marketing strategies
as well as social media marketing and knowledge of Back end operation for a seamless end to end experience for the customer.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven working experience as an E-Com Executive – at least 3 to 5 years’ experience.
