Job Description
Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of Restaurant, Banquet under the supervision of a supervisor.
GSA promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.:
: Handle daily activities of Restaurant/Banquet.
: Greet and meet the guest at Restaurant
: Works with the consent of GRE for any assistance required in operation.
: Do cross-marketing of retail and Ahmedabad Trunk and another area of HMG.
: Meet and greet banquet guest in absence of concerned people.
: Maintain a daily register with all necessary details.
: Take feedback from guests on a daily basis.
: Take a daily round of concerned area.
: Perform rotation cleaning duties
: Coordinate with the production department for the execution of orders.
Required Skills
Physical mobility and stamina required, Ability to follow instruction, Detail-oriented, Professional attitude is required, Ability to work independently.
Education: Diploma in Hotel management
