Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer Chef with exceptional culinary skills and a passion for

teaching to upgrade our menus, recipes, and techniques. The ideal candidate will possess finesse in both culinary arts and training, ensuring that our kitchen staff are well-equipped with the latest

culinary trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities: Train the team members Key Area of Training

Menu Development:

Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to design and upgrade menus, ensuring they are innovative, balanced, and aligned with our brand.

Create new recipes and refine existing ones to enhance the overall dining experience.

Stay updated with culinary trends and integrate them into menu offerings.

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions for kitchen staff on new recipes, cooking techniques, and plating styles.

Develop and implement training programs that improve the skills and efficiency of the culinary

team.

Mentor and coach chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Conduct regular kitchen audits to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Provide constructive feedback to chefs and kitchen staff to promote improvement.

Operational Support:

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creativity and an eye for detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Formal culinary education and certifications are preferred.
