Job description
From welcome to farewell at restaurants + banquets. Ensure excellence and satisfaction.
She/he will keep eye on all tables and help/coordinate the captain for service. Learn to help in service.
Banquet: Be the point of coordination for third decorators, third-party vendors, musicians, flower decorators, etc. to ensure a timely quality function.
Submit daily reports on guest issues, feedback, recommendations, cross-selling, etc.
He/She is responsible for updating Guest feedback daily.
He/She is responsible for handling the daily activities of Agashiye/GHS
Responsible for greeting and meeting guests at Agashiye/GHS
He/She works with the consent of RM for any assistance required in operation.
He/She should merchandise the product of House of MG.
He/She will be coordinating for Banquet/AGS & GHS
Responsible for assisting in the Banquet whenever required.
Responsible for meeting and greeting banquet guests in the absence of concerned people.
Responsible for providing a daily register with all necessary details.
Responsible for taking feedback from guests daily.
Responsible for making daily reports for submission.
Responsible for assisting in Green House if required.
He/She should help in the restaurant as a supervisor.
Responsible for taking daily rounds of the concerned area.
EDUCATION:
Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language, used in the workplace. His/her behavior and personal appearance will always be geared to the objective of being an example to all other staff within the Hotel.
He/she will strive to use polite language and well-groomed behavior in his/her relationship with the Hotel guests, colleagues, and staff.
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of Restaurant front desk experience.
Supervisory experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks, Additional languages spoken would be an asset.
