This building is designed and built by craftsmen. Its restoration over the last two decades (and ongoing) is entirely handcrafted. Every item of furniture and textile is handmade, mainly from repurposed material. Our restaurants serve slow-cooked, fresh food made with seasonal ingredients. Most of our staff come from surrounding villages, and our gift shop proudly sells artisanal products. Our hospitality reflects how we welcome guests in the Mangaldas family home.
