Key Requirements:

✔ Diploma in Project Management

✔ 15+ years of experience in small & medium-scale greenfield building projects

✔ Expertise in prefabricated building systems

✔ Strong background in process setup & standardization in building systems

✔ Extensive on-site experience working with architects and contractors

✔ Minimum 10 years’ experience with a building management company

✔ Proficiency in CAD software

✔ Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and timely project execution
