The Social Media, Automation and E-com Marketer will be responsible for managing and driving the retail

website. To provide on-going guidance and support with strategic development and best

practices in managing the company websites relationship.

KEY RESPONSIBITLITIES:

 Develop and Maintain ONLINE Business of the company.

 Should have thorough understanding of retail marketing.

 Plan and act to generate maximum lead.

 A. Upgrade Online Presence.

 B. Increase Online Business

 Online Marketing Strategy - Website, SEO, SMM, Amazon, Shoppy, Local Online Marketing Agencies.

 Participation in Trade/Marketing Fair.

 Conversion through follow-up.

 Increase connectivity

 Online communication and PR with Travel Agents, Bookers, OTA Agencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure

site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and

display and search advertising.

 Prepare online newsletters and drip email sequences and organize their distribution

through various channels. Collateral and Graphic designing.

 Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing

automation, multichannel marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and display

advertising campaigns for new user acquisition.

 Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

 Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across

multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.

 Create and execute integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that

include live and/or virtual events, webinars, lead nurturing programs, and CRM/sales

insights.

 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against

goals (ROI and KPIs).

 Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook,

Instagram etc.).

 Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase

the company’s brand awareness and conversions.

 Increase ONLINE Business for all Verticals – (Rooms, F&B, Retail, Rejuvenate,

Experiences)

 Increase ONLINE Business using Google PPC, SEO, SMM, Website .

 Online Marketing of all outlets through OTA, TA, Amazon, Shoppy, Zomato, Swiggy, Uber eats etc. with complete analysis, diagnosis, cure and arrange.


Job Description: Social Media and E-com Marketer

Mangaldas Mehta and Company Ltd. House of MG, Opp. Sidi Saiyad Jali, Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad.

 Maintain updated database.

 Promote with Online Travel Agencies /Corporate Travel Agents

 Coordinate with design Team to making Campaign & promotion

 Personalization Marketing -eg. Email marketing, Package Promotion

 Strategically manage business and relationship with online business partners

 Identify opportunities to build business and drive website of business to achieve sales

targets.

 Monitor website to achieve sales goals, tracking individual accounts of all verticals to

achieve monthly sales targets and securing best initiatives as needed to meet sales and

brand standards.

 Create and maintain monthly/yearly Retail activity calendars and execute accordingly.

 Host weekly calls with each retail to confirm new product Launch Worksheet details and

site updates and sample shipments.

 Partner with digital and retailer marketing teams to develop new content to grow website

business through special programs, customer acquisition, and retention

 Prepare and route weekly reporting sales/program successes based on metrics set at the

onset of campaigns

 Ensure that brands’ presence has products merchandised and presented correctly and in

the best possible light.

 Make new promotional campaign. Set budget & Monitor campaigns.

 Maintain all online presence and reviews.

 Handle complete Loyalty program.

Required skills :

 Digital Marketing Skill with an understanding of online promotion and marketing

strategies as well as social media marketing and knowledge of Back end operation for a

seamless end-to-end experience to the customer.

Experience Required:

Previous experience of 6 years in similar job role and thorough understanding of retail

marketing.

Qualification:

1. Management schools of marketing
