Terms and conditions-
- Minimum 50% advance is required for booking an event at the time of booking to get a confirmation.
- Once the booking is confirmed, the final billing would be according to the minimum no of pax guaranteed. Additional pax would be charged as per actual.
- 100% advance is required within 15 days prior to the function.
- 25% on the billplus taxes, whichever is higher, would be applicable on the rate if an outside decorator/vendor/musicians are hired.
- There is a minimum number of Pax required in the booking for each different venue. If the number pax is lower, an additional rental will be charged for the venue.
- Kindly note the above rates are valid till 31/3/2024.
Cancellation Policy - Banquet Package-
- 30% of the entire event cost will be charged if it is canceled 90 days prior to the event.
- 100% of the entire entire event cost will be charged if it is canceled less than 90 days prior to the event.
- 100% of the entire entire event cost will be charged if it is a no show.
- Refunds can be processed only by the authorized staff members. The refunds will be processed in
- the same mode as the payment.
- For Cash payments, the refunds have to be processed by cash only.
- For Credit Card & UPI payments, the refunds will be processed through credit card & UPI
