Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Alibag (Mumbai) and Ahmedabad (Gujarat).
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Requirements:
Diploma in Project Management
15+ years of experience in small & medium-scale greenfield building projects
Expertise in prefabricated building systems
Strong background in process setup & standardization in building systems
Extensive on-site experience working with architects and contractors
Minimum 10 years’ experience with a building management company
Proficiency in CAD software
Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and timely project execution
