Reservation Executive

  • Location: House of MG -Lal Darwaja- Ahmadabad
  • Experience: 1–3 years in hotel reservations or front office preferred
  • Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle room reservations via calls, emails, and online channels.
  • Manage booking systems and update room availability accurately.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Sales for smooth guest experience.
  • Maintain records of bookings, payments, and guest preferences.
  • Provide professional and prompt responses to guest queries.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera/IDS or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Salary: 20K-25K
