HR Executive

  • Location: House of MG -Lal Darwaja- Ahmadabad
  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of staff.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Support training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented as per company standards.
  • Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and grievance handling.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
  • Familiar with labour laws and compliance procedures.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Salary: 25K-30K
